Faulty or Damaged Products

Please inspect your products carefully on delivery and before installation to check for any defects.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issues, please contact our Customer Services team on customerservices@deta.co.uk and provide the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Returning product SKU code
  • The reason for the return
When to Inform Us
  • Consumers: Notify us as soon as possible and before the product is used or installed.
  • Business customers: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What Happens Next

We will investigate the issue and confirm whether the product is defective, along with the options available to you:

  • Consumers: If you report a fault within 30 days of delivery, you will be offered a replacement (or equivalent) or a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.
  • Business customers: If the product is confirmed as defective, we will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a credit for the purchase price

While we investigate, please ensure the product:

  • is stored safely
  • is not installed or used
  • is protected from further damage
